Nothing brings me more joy than working with children!  Of course reading, singing, independent play, and snuggles are a part of every day!   These activities and so many more provide enrichment for every stage of development.  It may seem like they're just painting, but really they are developing all their senses which will help with eating solid foods, developing their visual and artistic skills as they blend colors, and develop fine motor skills and hand strength which will eventually help them to write and tie their shoes.  Bubbles?  They help children's visual development as they track bubbles floating by, hand eye coordination as they pop bubbles, and when they're ready to blow bubbles themselves, it helps them control the breath and shape of the mouth which will help with verbal skills and self calming techniques.   Of course this is just a few examples of thousands of developmentally enriching activities.  Check out my photography page for more!

While all these activities are immensely valuable, so are the little moments in life: eating, napping, transitions between activities, and independent play.  I approach all of these with love, care, and attention to detail.  Children of all ages thrive on routine.
